Full Commercial General Contractor
The Full commercial General contractor license allows you to perform renovations on any building. In Georgia, to hold this license, you must fulfill several requirements. Here are just some of the requirements:
- Must be 21 or older
- Have a bachelor’s degree
- Have four years of work experience
- Undergo a background test
- Have a certificate of insurance
- Pass the exams
- Have a minimum net worth of $150,000
